Advertisers

How do I book an ad?

Sign up as a business member and send a request from "Advertising" in My space: choose the placement, period and start date (at least 7 days ahead) and upload your banner. We email you an English invoice in EUR or USD (usually within 1–2 business days) and you pay by international bank transfer — nothing is due before the invoice. Once payment is confirmed and the banner reviewed, the ad runs from the chosen start date; if confirmation comes later than that date, we move the dates back so you keep the full period.

What banner sizes do you need?

CHAMPION and CAPTAIN 1600×600 (8:3); PLAYMAKER, STRIKER, WINGER and KEEPER 1200×300 (4:1). JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF (up to 1 MB). Keep the top-right corner clear for the "Ad" label. On phones CHAMPION is cropped slightly at the sides, so keep text and logos in the centre.

How do I see how my ad performed?

We send a monthly report with impressions and clicks for each placement.

How do I pay? Can I pay by card?

There is no card payment. International advertisers (EUR or USD) send a request from "Advertising" in My space and pay by international bank transfer against the English invoice we email you. Korean businesses pay in KRW by bank deposit in advance. Bank charges for international transfers are paid by the sender.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

If you cancel before the ad starts, we return the full amount to the account you paid from. Once the ad has started, no refund is given if you stop for your own reasons.
