How to enter

For the Las Vegas Mayor's Cup International Showcase, teams apply online and participation is confirmed after approval by the organizers. Deadlines and entry fees differ between the boys' and girls' tournaments, so prepare according to your division. 1. Application Enter your team details under 'Register To Play' on the official website. The application deadline is December 31, 2026, for boys and January 6, 2027, for girls. 2. Acceptance The organizers review applications and publish a list of Accepted Teams. 3. Entry fee Boys: U13–U14 $1,600, U15–U19 $1,775. Girls: U13–U14 $1,300, other divisions $1,775. 4. Accommodation booking This is a Stay and Play tournament, so accommodation must be booked through the designated provider, Traveling Teams. The booking deadline is January 9, 2027, for boys and January 15, 2027, for girls. 5. Player credentials and roster Complete the player roster in GotSport and finish the online credentials check. The deadline is January 24, 2027, for boys and January 31, 2027, for girls. 6. Roster freeze Rosters are frozen on February 10, 2027, for boys and February 17, 2027, for girls; no players can be added after that. International teams must also prepare their association's approval to play in an international tournament, a US entry visa and travel insurance.
