Challenge Cup Algarve is an international youth football tournament held every year in late June in the Algarve region of southern Portugal. It is the summer event of Challenge Cup Tournaments, the same organiser that runs Challenge Cup Paredes at Easter in northern Portugal, and the schedule is built so that families can combine the matches with a holiday. The tournament is sanctioned by the Portuguese Football Federation and every match has an official referee. The municipalities of Lagoa, Portimão and Lagos support the event. The dates shown are provisional and will be confirmed when officially announced. 📅 Schedule · The 2027 edition is planned for Thursday 24 to Sunday 27 June, over four days. · Day 1: opening ceremony and start of the group stage. Day 2: group stage continues. · Day 3: last matches of the first stage.
