How to enter

Registration is accepted through the pre-registration form on the official website. Registration for the 2027 tournament opens on September 22 and tends to close early. 1️⃣ Registration 1. Check the tournament overview and the registration rules for each division on the official website donosticup.com. 2. After registration opens on September 22, apply for team pre-registration using the pre-registration form (https://www.donosticup.com/en/pre-registration-form). 3. Submit the player list and documents through the portal and arrange accommodation at the same time. 4. Choose a participation package with or without accommodation. Packages with accommodation are divided into school accommodation, hostels, residences, guesthouses, campsites and 1–4 star hotels, and include 6 nights of accommodation with full board. 5. The entry fee without accommodation is 150 euros per participant and includes at least 4 matches, accident insurance, a welcome pack, free entry to tournament events, a virtual assistant and partner discounts. Prices with accommodation vary by accommodation type; please check with the organizers. 6. Because registration tends to close early, it is safer to apply soon after it opens.
