The Valpolicella Cup is an international youth football tournament held every June in Valpolicella, near Verona in the Veneto region of Italy. It is organized by TorneiGiovanili.com, the youth tournament brand of the Venice-based sports travel company 2R Tours & Sports, and the organizers describe it as a tournament that has welcomed teams from Italy and across Europe for more than 30 years. The 2027 tournament is the 32nd edition. 📅 Schedule · The 2027 tournament runs over three days, from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 June. · Friday: team arrival and registration, hotel check-in, and a team managers' meeting with a tasting at a Valpolicella winery, followed by the opening ceremony. · Saturday: preliminary matches. Sunday: semi-finals, finals and award ceremony, followed by departure. · The entry deadline is 2 May 2027. 📍 Venues · The main ground is the San Pietro in Cariano municipal stadium (Via Ingelheim). · Matches are played at grounds around Valpolicella, a few kilometres from Verona and Lake Garda. ⚽ Categories · U17: born 2010–2011, 11-a-side, two halves of 25 minutes · U15: born 2012, 11-a-side, two halves of 20 minutes · U14: born 2013, 11-a-side, two halves of 20 minutes · U13: born 2014, 9-a-side, two halves of 20 minutes · U12: born 2015, 9-a-side, two halves of 20 minutes · U11: born 2016, 7-a-side, two halves of 15 minutes · U10: born 2017, 7-a-side, two halves of 15 minutes · U9: born 2018–2019, 5-a-side, two halves of 15 minutes · From U14 upwards, players on loan from other clubs can be registered; overage players cannot be registered in any category. 🏆 Teams · The previous edition had more than 60 teams and over 600 players from four countries: Croatia, Italy, Finland and Switzerland. ⏱ Format · Each team is guaranteed 3 to 4 matches. · After the preliminary matches, the semi-finals and finals are played on Sunday. · Results and live streams are available on the official website. 🏟 Organization · Accommodation is assigned by the organizers as part of the tournament package, and hotel names are announced 7 to 10 days before the tournament. · The 1st- and 2nd-placed teams receive discount vouchers (250 euros and 150 euros) for a TorneiGiovanili tournament the following season. 🌊 About the area · Valpolicella is a vineyard area known for its Amarone, Ripasso and Recioto wines. · Central Verona, with its Arena and Juliet's House, and Lake Garda are nearby and easy to visit between matches.

How to enter

Entries are handled directly by TorneiGiovanili.com, run by the organizer 2R Tours & Sports. 1. Fill in the brochure request form on the tournament page of the official website, and the entry conditions and entry form will be sent to you by email. 2. Email the completed entry form together with proof of the deposit transfer. The deposit is deducted from the final balance. 3. Pay the balance by bank transfer at least 30 days before the tournament starts. Payment on site is not accepted. 4. 5.
