It reaches its 16th edition in 2027. 📅 Schedule · The 2027 tournament runs for three days, from June 11 to 13. 📍 Venue · Matches are played at venues across the Versilia area, including Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Camaiore and Seravezza. · Matches are played on natural grass and artificial turf pitches, assigned by the organizers. · Teams stay at the official partner hotels included in the tournament package. ⚽ Divisions · U17 (born 2010), U16 (born 2011), U15 (born 2012) and U14 (born 2013) are 11-a-side. · U13 (born 2014) and U12 (born 2015) are 9-a-side. · U11 (born 2016) and U10 (born 2017) are 7-a-side. · U9 (born 2018) and U8 (born 2019) are 5-a-side. · Depending on the number of teams, some divisions may combine age groups instead of using a single birth year. 🏆 Teams · At the previous edition, 103 teams and 2,708 people from 3 countries took part, and 25 hotels were booked. These figures are from the organizers. ⏱ Format · Depending on the number of teams, the tournament uses a group stage with groups of 3, 4 or 5 teams. · In the U14 and U17 divisions, up to 3 officially approved guest players may be registered. 🏟 Organization · The organizer and operator is IFE Sportland (International Football Events). · The tournament is approved by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) and supported by the municipalities of Viareggio, Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. · Parents and accompanying family members can also join the same travel package through IFE Sportland and stay at the official partner hotels. 🌊 About the area · Versilia is a coastal area of Tuscany with long sandy beaches along the Tyrrhenian Sea. · You can visit the beaches of Viareggio, Pietrasanta, a town known for art and sculpture, and the upscale resort of Forte dei Marmi. · Lucca, a city with medieval walls, and the well-known sights of Pisa are also within easy reach.

How to enter

To take part in Versilia Cup Viareggio, request and receive the brochure, then send the registration form and deposit. 1. Request the brochure — Complete the brochure request form on the tournament page of the official website to receive the tournament brochure by email and be contacted by staff. You can also get in touch by phone or WhatsApp. 2. Submit the registration form — Send the completed, stamped and signed registration form by email. 3. Pay the deposit — Unless the brochure or staff state otherwise, send the deposit together with the form. 4. Registration confirmed — Registration is confirmed only after official confirmation from IFE Sportland. Teams staying outside the official accommodation included in the tournament package cannot take part. 5. Pay the balance and receive hotel details — Once the balance is paid, you are informed of your assigned hotel about 7 days before departure. 6.
