On the first day, check-in starts at 4 pm, followed by dinner at 5:30 pm and, at 7:30 pm, the opening ceremony with all teams and the first matches. On the second day, breakfast is at 7 am, matches and BALLFREUNDE activity stations run from 9 am, and dinner is at 5:30 pm. On the last day, matches are played from 9 am, ending with the award ceremony at 2:30 pm. 📍 Venue The tournament takes place at a sports park in Bremen, Germany, using 5 natural grass and artificial turf pitches. Matches on Saturday and Sunday are guaranteed, and at the end of the tournament every player receives a souvenir trophy at the award ceremony. 🏟 Organization Off the pitch, BALLFREUNDE activity stations are available, including a shot speed radar, football darts, a shooting board and bubble soccer. Accommodation can be chosen from camping next to the pitches (bring your own tent, sleeping bag and mat), school classrooms or sports halls, a city hostel, hotels, or the Bremen youth hostel. Most packages include breakfast and dinner; breakfast is a buffet and dinner offers a choice of three dishes. Water is served with meals, vegetarian and vegan options are always available, and no pork is used at dinner. During the day, food trucks at the venue are available. The entry fee starts from 73 euros per person and does not include travel costs. There is no shuttle between the accommodation and the venue, so teams need to arrange their own local transport.

How to enter

Once decided, complete the formal registration with the online form. 5. After registering you receive a booking confirmation; the booking can be changed until 10 weeks before the tournament. 6. Two weeks before the tournament you receive the match schedule, accommodation address and other information. 7.
