Barcelona Football Fest is an international boys' youth football tournament held in the Salou and Cambrils area, south of Barcelona. The 2027 tournament takes place over two days, May 29 and 30. 📅 Schedule Matches are played on May 29 and 30, 2027. The organizers state that the schedule below is provisional and times may change. · Friday: arrival, tournament registration and age check from 10:00 to 20:00, transfer to accommodation · Saturday: day 1 matches from 10:00 to 20:00 · Sunday: day 2 matches from 10:00 to 20:00, followed by finals and the awards ceremony · Monday: transfer to the airport after breakfast and departure 📍 Venue All matches are played at Complex Esportiu Futbol Salou in Salou. Eight full-size pitches are used: pitches 1–4 are natural grass and pitches 5–8 are modern artificial turf. The address is Vial Salou Cambrils, 43840 Salou. Boots with metal studs are not allowed. ✈️ Airport transfers Arrival airports are Barcelona El Prat (BCN) or Reus (REU). Tournament staff meet teams in the arrivals hall and guide them to the bus. On departure day, buses leave 4 hours before the flight for Barcelona El Prat and 3 hours before for Reus. · One airport transfer is included only if the team arrives on the same flight. · No airport transfer is provided if fewer than 20 people are on the flight. · Using Girona airport costs an extra 400 euros each way. · Anyone travelling on a different date or time from the team must arrange their own airport transfer. ⚽ Divisions The tournament is boys' 7-a-side only, with four birth-year divisions, each split by level into Group A (higher) and Group B (lower). · Born 2015: born on or after January 1, 2015 · Born 2016: born on or after January 1, 2016 · Born 2017: born on or after January 1, 2017 · Born 2018: born on or after January 1, 2018 Each team may include up to 2 players who are one year older, and a club may enter up to two teams in the same division and group. ⏱ Format Each team plays at least 5 matches, with two halves of 15 minutes each. A team can register a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 players, and each player may play for only one team during the tournament. Only up to 2 coaches wearing tournament wristbands may sit on the bench, and players and coaches have their identity checked with a passport or ID card. The awards ceremony is held after the finals on Sunday. Every player receives a medal, the top 4 teams in each division receive trophies, and trophies are also awarded for best player, top scorer and best goalkeeper. 🏟 Organization All teams must stay at the tournament's designated hotels to take part, and hotels cannot be booked directly. Accommodation is in 3-star hotels with a swimming pool, and the hotel name is announced about 14 days before the tournament. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served as hotel buffets, with bottled water included. Buses to the venue leave the accommodation about 1 hour 15 minutes before the first match and return about 15 minutes after the last match; bus times are announced about 1 week before the tournament. · The tournament is approved by the Catalan Football Federation (FCF) and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF). · A midnight curfew applies to participants under 18. 🌊 About the area Salou and Cambrils are resort towns on the Tarragona coast, south of Barcelona. The organizers suggest a visit to the FC Barcelona Museum and PortAventura as activities during the tournament.

How to enter

Registration is confirmed by completing the online form on the official website and paying the team registration fee. 1️⃣ Online registration On the registration page of the official website, enter the division (born 2015–2018, Group A or Group B) and team details. 2️⃣ Pay the team registration fee Registration is confirmed once the team fee of 600 euros is paid. This amount is non-refundable. The organizers state that most divisions fill up before the deadline, so registering early is advisable. 3️⃣ Complete My Team Info Once the fee is received, you can log in to the My Team Info page with the team ID sent by email. Enter team details, the rooming list, the player list, arrival and departure dates and flights, and a team photo for the tournament booklet. 4️⃣ Check the final invoice and pay the balance Pay the balance after receiving the final invoice.
