Barcelona Girls Cup is a girls-only international youth football tournament organized by SALBCN in the Salou and Cambrils area, south of Barcelona, Spain. 📅 Schedule Matches are played over two days, June 12 and 13, 2027. On the day before the tournament, registration and age verification take place at Futbol Salou from 11 am to 6 pm. Matches run from 9:30 am to 8 pm on the first day and from 9:30 am to 7 pm on the second day, which ends with the finals and the awards ceremony. This schedule is provisional, and times may change. 📍 Venue All matches are played at the Futbol Salou sports center (Complex Esportiu Futbol Salou, Vial Salou Cambrils, 43840 Salou). Eight full-size pitches are used: pitches 1 and 4 are hybrid natural grass, pitches 2 and 3 are natural grass, and pitches 5–8 are modern artificial turf. Boots with metal studs are not allowed. ✈️ Airport transfers The participation package includes return transfers between Barcelona El Prat or Reus airport and the accommodation. Transport between the accommodation and Futbol Salou for matches is also provided. ⚽ Divisions There are four 11-a-side divisions and three 7-a-side divisions, with eligibility based on year of birth. · 11-a-side — born 2011 or later, born 2012 or later, born 2013 or later, born 2014 or later · 7-a-side — born 2014 or later, born 2015 or later, born 2016 or later In 11-a-side, up to 4 players per team may be one year older; in 7-a-side, up to 2 players per team. Divisions with few teams may be combined with an adjacent division by the organizers. 🏆 Teams According to the official information, about 80 teams from 10 countries take part. ⏱ Format Every team is guaranteed at least 5 matches. Matches are two halves of 20 minutes each in 11-a-side and two halves of 15 minutes each in 7-a-side. Assistant referees are assigned to 11-a-side matches. Squads are a minimum of 13 and a maximum of 25 players in 11-a-side, and a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 in 7-a-side; each player may play for only one team in the tournament. 🏟 Organization The tournament is officially approved by the Catalan Football Federation and the Royal Spanish Football Federation. Players and coaches must prove their identity with a passport or ID card. Participating clubs must arrange player insurance covering activities on and off the pitch. The European Health Insurance Card does not cover sports injuries in Spain. The operator, SALBCN (brand name Barcelona Football Tours), also runs the boys' tournaments Barcelona Football Fest (May) and Football Cup Barcelona (April and October) at the same venue. 🌊 About the area Salou and Cambrils are coastal resorts about 100 km south of Barcelona. Teams stay in 3-star hotels with a swimming pool, with all meals served at the hotel, and accompanying family members can stay at the same hotel or resort. In free time, optional activities such as PortAventura or the Barça Immersive Tour can be booked.

How to enter

Barcelona Girls Cup registration is done by team through the registration process on the official website. Please follow the steps below. 1. Choose your division on the official website. 11-a-side divisions are for players born 2011–2014, and 7-a-side divisions for players born 2014–2016. 2. Register your team and pay the team registration fee of 600 euros. This fee is non-refundable. 3. The participation price is 369 euros per person for 4 days and 3 nights. It includes accommodation, all meals, return airport transfers, transport to matches, and medals for players and coaches. 4. By February 28, 2027, along with team registration, upload the rooming list, player list, travel itinerary and team photo to the team information page. 5. You receive the final invoice on March 15, 2027, and pay the balance by April 15. 6. The match schedule is published on May 30, 2027. 7. On the day before the tournament, complete registration and age verification at Futbol Salou.
