JugonesCup Weekend Benidorm is a youth football tournament organized by JJ Eventos of Spain in the Benidorm area of Alicante. It is a weekend edition with a shorter schedule than the full JugonesCup. The information below is based on the previous 2026 edition, as published in the official information. 📅 Schedule · The previous 2026 edition ran from Friday June 12 to Sunday June 14. · On Friday, teams arrive at the hotel from 16:00, are welcomed by the organizing committee, receive souvenirs and are served dinner. · On Saturday, Gold, Silver and Bronze phase matches are played in the morning and afternoon. · On Sunday, the final round and awards ceremony are held; rooms must be vacated by 10:00, but lunch that day is included in the fee. · The 2027 dates have not yet been officially announced. The dates shown are provisional, so please check the organizers' announcement for confirmed dates. 📍 Venue · Matches are played at sports facilities in Benidorm and in L'Alfàs del Pi, Calpe, Villajoyosa and Altea. · All are seaside towns in the Marina Baixa and Marina Alta areas of the province of Alicante. ⚽ Divisions · 7-a-side — Prebenjamín (born 2019 and 2018), Benjamín (born 2017 and 2016), Alevín (born 2015 and 2014) · 11-a-side — Infantil (born 2013 and 2012), Cadete (born 2011 and 2010), Juvenil (born 2009–2007) ⏱ Format · Under the tournament rules, every team is guaranteed at least 3 matches. · The match schedule is published one week before the tournament starts, and results and news can be followed in a mobile app. · Matches are run by the tournament's competition committee, with staff and volunteers on site. 🏟 Organization · The fee includes accommodation in 3- or 4-star hotels, resorts or aparthotels and full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as a buffet, with free bottled water at meals. · Every player receives a medal, a drawstring bag and a sports water bottle, plus an ID wristband by year of birth. Coaches receive a separate gift. · Trophies are awarded to the winner and runner-up of each division. · Sports accident insurance covering injuries during matches applies, including first-line treatment at a local private hospital. · Family members and companions can watch all matches free of charge. · A bus service between hotels and venues is available to teams on request; please ask the organizers for prices and terms. · The organizers provide teams with free raffle tickets for fundraising, and the prize drawn is a weekend stay for two at one of the participating hotels.

How to enter

To take part in JugonesCup Weekend Benidorm, contact the organizer, JJ Eventos, to register, and pay by bank transfer. 1. Contact info@jjeventos.es or call 679 59 81 59 about registration and room booking. 2. Pay the team registration fee of 150 euros to secure your place. The player fee starts at 205 euros per person for a shared room with full board, and family members and companions start at 190 euros per person. 3. To secure a specific hotel in advance, pay a 'chosen hotel deposit' of 500 euros per team. This amount is deducted from the final price. Companions can choose their hotel by paying 50 euros per person. Without the deposit, teams are assigned from the hotels still available when the first payment of 500 euros or more is made. 4. The balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the tournament starts. After this deadline, the hotel originally chosen is not guaranteed and teams are assigned from the remaining hotels. 5. Payment is by bank transfer to Banco Santander; the account holder is JJ EVENTOS and the IBAN is ES57 0049 5951 3424 1632 8745. In the payment reference, write the club name if the club pays for everyone, the club name and division/year if paying per team, or the club name, division/year and player name if a player pays individually. 6. At hotel check-in, each club must provide credit card details as a guarantee against damage. If damage occurs, the whole club is jointly responsible.
