Dragan Mance Cup is an international youth football festival held in Belgrade, Serbia. It is a memorial tournament honoring Dragan Mance, an FK Partizan forward who died in 1985 at the age of 22. The dates for the next edition have not yet been posted on the official site, so the information below is based on the previous edition. 📅 Schedule The schedule of the previous edition, as given on the official site, is below. The next edition is expected in mid-June; please wait for the organizers' announcement for confirmed dates. · Eve of day 1: team check-in at the hotel · Day 1: opening ceremony and group stage · Day 2: group stage · Day 3: semi-finals and finals, closing ceremony 📍 Venue Matches are played at SC Teleoptik-Partizan in the Zemun area of Belgrade. The site covers about 10 hectares, with 7 natural grass pitches and 2 modern artificial turf pitches, all with floodlights. The main building, over 4,000 square meters, has a restaurant, a medical unit for physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a sauna and gym, and 19 rooms. It serves as the training base for all FK Partizan age groups. ✈️ Airport transfers The organizers state that the venue is west of Zemun, where two motorways meet, near the airport. Airport transfer options and prices are not given on the official site. ⚽ Divisions There are five boys' divisions, each with a different pitch size and number of players. The birth years below are from the previous edition. · U8 (born 2018 or later): 40×20m pitch, 5+1, 3×2m goals · U9 (born 2017): 50×30m pitch, 6+1, 5×2m goals · U10 (born 2016): 50×30m pitch, 6+1, 5×2m goals · U11 (born 2015): 50×30m pitch, 6+1, 5×2m goals · U12 (born 2014): 70×50m pitch, 8+1, 5×2m goals ⏱ Format Matches in all divisions are a single 25-minute period. The group draw and match times are set by the organizers based on the number of teams registered. A club may enter several divisions, and several teams in the same division, but one team cannot play in more than one division. Players are verified with identity documents. If the opposing team asks before a match, the team representative must show documents proving players' ages; failing to do so results in a 0-3 loss. Both team representatives sign a document before the match confirming there are no objections, and protests are not accepted after the match. 🏟 Organization Teams from every country in the world are eligible. In addition to clubs, national, regional and municipal selection teams, schools and football academies can also register. Players, team officials and accompanying persons must register before the tournament starts. Foreign teams are identified by passport and domestic teams by other photo ID. All participants must have personal or group insurance covering the tournament period. When registering, the team representative signs a statement that the organizers are not responsible for injuries or damage during the tournament. · Each registered person receives an accreditation badge, which must be worn around the neck throughout the tournament. · All teams must wear matching kits with shirt numbers. · Teams and individuals who go against the spirit of fair play receive a warning and, in serious cases, are disqualified. · Accommodation can be chosen from 18 hotels in Belgrade. Packages are 3 nights full board (breakfast, buffet dinner and lunch at the venue), including tourist tax and insurance, with one coach per team free. At the previous edition, prices were 195–265 euros per person. 🌊 About the area Belgrade is the capital of Serbia, where the Sava and Danube rivers meet. Zemun, where the venue is located, is an old town on the Danube at the junction of two motorways, making it easy to reach both the city center and the airport.

How to enter

Registration is accepted by team on the application and registration page of the official website. The steps and dates below are based on the previous edition. 1️⃣ Choose a division Choose the right division for your team from the five divisions from U8 to U12. A club may enter several divisions or several teams in the same division. 2️⃣ Register online Enter the team name, division, contact person's name and contact details, and the team's country on the official registration form. 3️⃣ Submit the player list The team representative submits a list with each player's name, place and date of birth, and country. 4️⃣ Choose and book accommodation Choose one of the 18 hotels recommended by the tournament and book a 3-night full-board package. One coach per team stays free, and tourist tax and insurance are included. 5️⃣ Insurance and documents All participants must have insurance covering the tournament period. Foreign teams need passports, and domestic teams need photo ID. 6️⃣ Receive accreditation and take part After registration, each person receives an accreditation badge. Teams check in at the hotel on the eve of the tournament, and matches start the next day with the opening ceremony. 📋 Good to know · At the previous edition, the team registration deadline was in May. The 'Important dates' on the official site say May 10, while the tournament rules say May 25, so it is advisable to confirm with the organizers before registering. · The organizers may change the group draw and match venues and times up to the day before the tournament, and will inform team representatives of any changes. · The entry fee is not published on the official site, so please ask the organizers.
