JUGONES WEEKEND, which the same organizer holds in June, is a separate tournament with different dates and fees. The information below is based on the previous edition, for which official materials are available. 📅 Tournament dates The 2027 edition is planned for June, but official dates have not yet been announced. The previous edition ran over four days, as follows. · Day one: hotel arrival and registration from 4 p.m., welcome gifts, dinner included · Day two: qualifying round matches in the morning and afternoon · Day three: Gold, Silver and Bronze round matches in the morning and afternoon · Day four: finals and award ceremony, then check-out (lunch on that day included) The match schedule is published one week before the tournament starts. 📍 Venue Matches are spread across sports facilities in Benidorm and nearby L'Alfàs del Pi, Calpe, Villajoyosa and Altea. All are in the Marina Baixa and Marina Alta areas of the province of Alicante, close to the beach. Teams that request it are provided with a private bus between hotels and venues. Prices and conditions must be requested separately. ⚽ Categories The previous edition had fifteen categories across 7-a-side and 11-a-side. · 7-a-side boys: Prebenjamín, Benjamín 1st and 2nd year, Alevín 1st and 2nd year · 7-a-side girls: Alevín, Infantil, Women's Senior · 11-a-side boys: Infantil 1st and 2nd year, Cadete 1st and 2nd year, Juvenil · 11-a-side girls: Cadete, Juvenil Up to two 2nd-year players may be registered in 1st-year categories. ⏱ Match format The tournament rules guarantee every team at least four matches. After the qualifying round, teams are split into Gold, Silver and Bronze rounds according to their results, with the finals on the last day. Results and news are shared in real time through the tournament's own mobile app. 🏟 Organization The tournament is run by JJ Eventos, with staff and volunteers at the venues and a separate competition committee. Registration includes the following. · A medal, a bag and a sports water bottle for every player, and a separate gift for coaches · Accreditation wristbands color-coded by year of birth · Sports injury insurance covering injuries during matches (including initial treatment at a local private hospital) · Bottled water for players and coaching staff during matches · Free entry to all matches for families and companions · Trophies for the winners and runners-up in each category The organizers give clubs free raffle tickets to help fund their participation, with a weekend stay for two at one of the participating hotels as the prize. 🌊 About the area Benidorm is a well-known holiday town on Spain's Mediterranean coast, with hotels close to the beach. How to enter

To take part in JugonesCup Benidorm, contact the organizer JJ Eventos, who handles registration and hotel booking together. The information below is based on the previous edition's materials. 1. Enquiry Contact info@jjeventos.es or call +34 679 59 81 59 about participation and room bookings. 2. Team registration fee The registration fee to register a team and secure its place is 150 euros. 3. Participation fee The player fee starts at 295 euros per person and includes 3 nights of full-board accommodation in shared rooms and all tournament services. Accompanying family members start at 280 euros, depending on the hotel chosen. 4. Hotel reservation deposit To secure a specific hotel in advance, teams pay a hotel reservation deposit of 500 euros, and companions 50 euros per person. This amount is deducted from the final total. Teams that do not pay the deposit are offered the hotels still available at the time of their first payment of 500 euros or more. 5. Balance payment The full amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the tournament starts. If payment is late, the hotel originally chosen is not guaranteed and teams may be assigned to the hotels remaining at that time. 6. Payment method Payments are made by bank transfer to a Banco Santander account in the name of JJ EVENTOS. In the transfer reference, write the club name if the club pays as a whole; the club name plus category and year if paying per team; or the club name, category, year and player's name if paying per player. 7. On-site check-in At hotel check-in, each club must provide valid credit card details as a damage guarantee. This is a mandatory hotel requirement, and accommodation may be refused if it is not provided. There is no cancellation fee up to 60 days before the tournament; 40% is charged from 59 to 30 days before, 60% from 29 to 15 days before, and 100% from 14 days before.
